Ordo is a security scanning tool that analyzes code for potential vulnerabilities. The Service uses AI and automated analysis to identify security issues and may suggest fixes.

All code analysis, vulnerability reports, and AI-suggested fixes provided by Ordo may contain errors, inaccuracies, or be incomplete. Ordo can make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any suggestions before implementing them in your codebase.
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Ordo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, security breaches, or other issues resulting from your use of the Service.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any vulnerability reports or AI-generated suggestions.
- You use the Service at your own risk.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the Service to scan code you do not have permission to access.
- Keep your API keys and account credentials secure.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
- Not use the Service to create a competing product or service.
- Independently verify all vulnerability reports and AI suggestions before implementation.
5. Code and Data
When you use Ordo to scan code:
- Code snippets may be processed by our AI models and third-party services (e.g., OpenAI) to analyze vulnerabilities.
- We store metadata about scans (file counts, vulnerability types) but do not permanently store your source code.
- You retain all rights to your code and intellectual property.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan and share the code you submit.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
- Lifetime subscriptions are valid for the lifetime of the Service, which we reserve the right to discontinue.
7. API Usage
When using the Ordo CLI or API:
- You must use your API key and not share it with unauthorized parties.
- Usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription tier.
- We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these Terms.
- You are responsible for all activity under your API key.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Ordo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
- Modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ordo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Ordo is registered.
